Steven D. Higgins

Steven Higgins is a Managing Director of Delancey Street Partners.

Mr. Higgins has more than 20 years of diverse transaction experience including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and other advisory assignments. His client list includes owner-entrepreneurs, privately-held middle market companies, financial sponsors and larger public and private corporations.

Prior to joining Delancey Street, Mr. Higgins was a Managing Director at Baker Tilly Capital, where he had responsibility for transaction execution and served as a senior member of the firm’s healthcare practice. Prior to Baker Tilly, Mr. Higgins was a Managing Director with Janney Montgomery Scott, where he had responsibility for transaction execution and coordinating the firm’s relationships with the private equity community. He has also held senior positions with middle market advisory firms including Stifel Nicolaus and Legg Mason. While at Legg Mason, Mr. Higgins was a senior member of the Diversified Industrials Group and an integral member of the Strategic Advisory Group where he served with Delancey Street’s founders.

Steven serves on the Board of Governors of Main Line Health and is currently the board chair. He is an active member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth where he has led numerous committees and served on the board of directors.
