Samantha R. Testa, CFA, CPA

Samantha R. Testa is a Vice President with Delancey Street Partners. Samantha is responsible for creating client marketing materials, financial modeling, strategic & market analysis, as well as execution of transactions in a variety of industries. She works closely with Delancey’s senior bankers and clients to ensure the timely completion of transactions including acquisitions, mergers, capital raises, and minority recapitalizations.

Samantha joined Delancey Street Partners in 2025. Prior to joining Delancey Street, Samantha was a Vice President for Bryant Park Capital, where she worked on various engagements, including debt and equity capital raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, and advisory services primarily in the Specialty Finance industry. Previously, she worked at EY, holding roles in both the audit and advisory practices.

Samantha is a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania and a CFA Charterholder®. She is also an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
